We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The shipping fee estimate is available in your shopping cart and in the checkout/payment pages. Look out for seasonal promotions when we offer discounted or free delivery!
Local (Singapore) Orders: Free delivery for all orders regardless of order amount! Singapore delivery is fulfilled by SingPost via AMmail or SmartPac right to your doorstep. All orders received before noon on a business day will be dispatched on the same day. All orders received after noon time or on holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are expected to reach delivery location between 2 to 3 days (including day of dispatch).
International Orders: Free delivery for orders above S$100 (~US$80)! All orders below S$100 are subjected to delivery charges per our Fedex Account destination rate and prevailing fuel surcharges. All international delivery is carried out by Fedex using their Fedex International Economy service right to your doorstep. Depending on size and weight of package, we may use Fedex International Priority service at no additional cost to customer. All orders received before noon on a business day will be dispatched on the same day. All orders received after noon time or on holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are expected to reach international delivery location between 2 to 4 days (including day of dispatch).
Please also note that the shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest 10 grams.
All request for returns must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Cost of returning/delivering the product will be borne by the you. Cost of delivering the replacement product (if any) will be borne by us. We accept requests for returns only under the following scenarios:
- Defective Product
- Delivered Wrong Product
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Replacements will be processed immediately upon receiving of returned products and upon availability of replacements.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Do kindly wait for our store administrator to contact you to assist you with the return procedure. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
